Youth Groups
At Rodeph Shalom, building community starts with children. We have youth groups for grades 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8 each with their own advisor and programming. Students join together for engaging and fun activities and Social Action projects. The Senior Youth Group draws students from grades 9-12 for social, athletic, travel, religious and educational activities during the year. RS Teen a Capella Choir
For the first time at Rodeph Shalom, we are creating an all teen a capella choir. Singers must be of Bar/Bat Mitzvah age and should have some knowledge on how to read music. Teens should be able to commit to the following Shabbat Services:

RS Junior Choir
This choir is open to kindergarteners through sixth graders who love to sing Jewish music and increase their sense of identity through Jewish song. Rehearsals are every Sunday with Cantor Murley at the conclusion of Mercaz Limud from 12:30pm-1:30pm at which pizza is served. This choir helps to lead every Family Shabbat service. They will also perform at nursing homes and other special events throughout the year. The Junior Choir will be helping to lead the following services: (For all Services except Martin Luther King Shabbat there will be 5:15pm rehearsals with 6:00pm Services.)
