From Rittenhouse Square (1.7 miles/ 8 minutes)Head east on Pine Street towards 17th Street. Turn left at S.
Broad Street and go around City Hall (right at S. Penn Square. Turn
left at S. Juniper Street and left at Filbert Street). Turn right at N.
Broad street, make a right at Green Street and turn left into
Congregation Rodeph Shalom's parking lot.
From Temple University (1 mile/ 4 minutes)Head south on N. Broad Street for a mile and turn left at Green
Street. Turn left into Congregation Rodeph Shalom's parking lot.
From Independence Hall (1.7 miles/ 7 minutes)Head north on S 5th Street toward Ranstead. Turn left at
Market Street and right at N. Juniper Street. Turn left at Filbert
Street and right at N. Broad Street. Turn right at Green Street and
turn left into Congregation Rodeph Shalom's parking lot.
From University of Pennsylvania/ University City (3.2 miles/ 11 minutes)Head west on Walnut Street toward S 37th Street. Turn right at
S 38th Street and right at Market Street. Turn right at S. 15th Street
and left at Penn Square. Turn left at S. Juniper Street and left at
Filbert Street. Turn right at N. Broad street, make a right at Green
Street and turn left into Congregation Rodeph Shalom's parking lot.
From points North
Take I-95 South to I-676 west (Central Philadelphia) Exit I-676 at Broad
Street. Merge onto N. 15th Street. Turn right onto Vine Street, take the first right onto N. 16th Street. Turn right onto Spring Garden Street. Turn left onto 13th Street. Turn left onto Mt. Vernon Street and turn left into Congregation Rodeph Shalom's parking lot.
From points South
Take I-95 North to I 676 West (Central Philadelphia.) Exit I-676 at
Broad Street. Turn left at first traffic light onto Vine Street. Turn
right at third traffic light on to Spring Garden Street. Turn left at
first traffic light on to 13th Street. Turn left at first traffic light
on to Mount Vernon Street. Turn left into Congregation Rodeph Shalom’s
parking lot.
From points East
Take Ben Franklin Bridge to I-676 West (Central Philadelphia). Exit
I-676 at Broad Street. Turn left at first traffic light onto Vine
Street. Turn right at third traffic light on to Spring Garden Street.
Turn left at first traffic light on to 13th Street. Turn left at first
traffic light on to Mount Vernon Street. Turn left into Congregation
Rodeph Shalom’s parking lot.
From points West
Take I-76 to I-676. Exit I-676 at Broad Street. Proceed straight to
second traffic light (Broad Street). Turn left on Broad Street. Turn
right at third traffic light on to Spring Garden Street. Turn left at
first traffic light on to 13th Street. Turn left at first traffic light
on to Mount Vernon Street. Turn left into Congregation Rodeph Shalom’s
parking lot.
Please note that during the weekdays, entrance to the synagogue offices is on Mount Vernon Street.
