Since 1975, BA has provided a comfortable place for people of all sexual orientations and religious affiliations to experience Judaism. In July 2007 Beth Ahavah affiliated with Congregation Rodeph Shalom. Beth Ahavah retains its congregational status within the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) and its membership in the World Congress of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Jews: Keshet Ga'avah. Beth Ahavah proudly offers its congregation dual membership at both Beth Ahavah and Rodeph Shalom.

Join us for a discussion using the book,Torah Queeries, which offers cultural critique, social commentary, and a vision of community transformation, through biblical interpretation. Some of the world’s leading rabbis, scholars, and writers interpretaion of the Torah will help focus the discussion.
